Art Lessons Overview
Let your child discover their inner artist!! Each week we will look at famous artists through history and explore various art mediums and styles. Students will be encouraged to see art through their own eyes and explore colors, topics and personal expression! Fundamental basics such as shape/line, color, values, space and texture. Projects will include pieces based on Van Gogh, Monet, Picasso, Haring and more. Ages 3 and older.
Teacher
Ms. (Elaine) Baziotis has a passion for helping kids see the world through artist eyes. She graduated from The University of California, Santa Cruz with her bachelors in Fine Art and has worked as an artist in California, Italy and Utah.
Tuition
$40 per month and all materials are included. Each class is one hour weekly. Four classes are included each month.
Cartoon Art Lessons Overview
Our cartooning and illustrating course gives kids of all ages opportunities to explore their own cartooning style. They will learn to draw color cartoons using a variety of media in a fun and engaging setting. Some of the techniques they will learn include: comic facial expressions, figures in action poses, storytelling through pictures, different body shapes and styles, exciting fantastical creatures as well as lighting and coloring. Ages 5 and older.
Teacher
Ms. (Eleora) Nelson has taught art for almost 5 years! She loves watching her students grow each and every day. The most rewarding part of teaching is seeing how the student's artistic talent progresses with each drawing. By the time your child has finished with this class, they will be able to draw many different things straight from their imagination with ease!
