What Does Karate Teach My Child?
Karate builds focus, coordination, strength and self-esteem. In our karate classes we let you choose your weekly class time and then guarantee a small class size. We will teach your child the skills to progress and earn ribbons and belts with our black belt instructor. Other benefits include:
Physical Benefits of Karate:
Fitness, flexibility, balance, coordination, agility and self-defense skills.
Mental Benefits of Karate
Focus, self discipline, confidence, self esteem, courtesy, determination, commitment and respect.
What Type Of Floor Is Used In Your Karate Studios?
Our karate classes are held in either a tumbling studio or dance studio. Both studios have professional flooring that will absorb the shock of jumps, kicks and other tricks. This benefits students by reducing fatigue and preventing injury that can result from doing karate on improper surfaces.
